  • Manufacturing and shipping duration may vary. We work hard to keep lead times to a minimum. If there is a significant delay, we will try to contact you.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£). 

  • We accept payments via credit and debit cards, bank transfer or cash. 

  • Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received.

  • Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery dates shown during the ordering process are estimations.

  • Creation Covers is not liable for any costs or problems that result from estimated delivery dates not being met.

  • If shipping times are significantly longer than specified, we will attempt to notify you.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing at info@creationcovers.co.uk

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

  • Please note that certain items, such as bespoke made are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • We guarantee that all products will be free from defects in materials and manufacture, provided we are informed within 2 weeks of delivery.

  • Defective products may be returned at the customer's own cost.

  • We aim to offer a high level of service and will address problems at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

  • Creation Covers shall not be liable to the customer for any direct or consequential loss or damage arising from the goods or services supplied.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our website or products.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

  • Customers visiting the Creation Covers premises do so at their own risk.

  • We are not liable for personal injury or illness incurred while on site.

  • We are not responsible for personal items (including vehicles, boats, or other property) left at or brought to the premises.
