At Creation Covers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

🛍️ Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. To exercise this right:

  1. Notify Us: Inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us at info@creationcovers.co.uk

  2. Return the Items: You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

  3. Condition of Goods: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Bespoke products 

  • Rope cut lengths

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

  2. Provide Evidence: Send us photographs of the faulty or damaged item to info@creationcovers.co.uk

  3. Return the Item: We will arrange for a return and offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

You are not required to pay for return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Processing Time: We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping Costs: If you are entitled to a refund, we will also refund the standard delivery charges.

To return an item:

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions.

  3. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or damaged.
