We can make mainsail covers to suit your boat with a separate mast wrap. Each cover is bespoke and made to order.
Mainsail covers protect from damaging UV rays, but also protect the sail from the worst of the weather. Stack packs are also an option, as these help contain the mainsail as it is lowered.

Each cover is bespoke and made to order. We can make almost anything you want, so customers can customise their covers to meet their requirements.
Materials & Colours
We use Weathermax for covers and stack packs on yachts. This is very breathable, but also retains excellent waterproofing, which reduces condensation and associated mildew on your mainsail. The covers are dimensionally stable, very strong and durable and will retain colour for many years. Weathermax comes with a 10 year limited warranty.
